In Burgaw, North Carolina, there’s a company that makes pork rinds. Pork rinds are fried pig skins. People eat them. I never in a million years thought I would be one of those people until I met Wes Blake. He gave me the tour of his gigantic facility and I, dressed in a white Tyvek suit, was introduced to pork rinds, pork crackling, and seasoning testing.

This project is the by-product of that tour. You get to see everything they make and sell. Soon, very soon, you’ll be able to order their product, in bulk, online. Until then, I’ve set  up the custom WordPress theme to display the store items without actually adding them to a cart. It’s pretty need. I guess you’d say it’s a cracklin ready to be popped.
